Was 8pm and I'd just gotten home from work. Had water streaming out of the booster pump in the basement. Called Pat @Drain-eez. He told me they were full up with orders. But he spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through how to disable it and which valve did what. And in the end, informed me of the cost of replacing the pump.  After a moment of sticker shock, he let me know that I could probably coast on city pressure. He was right. He's saved my evening and my money. So, the least I could do was leave a positive Yelp review. I've actually relied on Drain-eez in the past (to more than satisfactory results) and was startled to find I hadn't yet left one. So, this is actually overdue.

I called rescue plumbing to install a new shut off valve at 8 am and by 10:30 they had already come and finished the job - Javier was very knowledgeable and great to work with - I have been very frustrated with plumbing companies in the past as they always seem to try and oversell you but I can't say enough good things about the guys who came and did this work for me - would recommend to everyone

Highly recommend Scotty - he was very responsive to emails and it was easy to schedule an appointment, although I caught him during a busy period.  He was prompt to the appointment, even gave me a call when he was 30 mins away.  His plumbing work was good as was the pricing. While my issue was relatively minor in scope, I would trust him for any job.

Will be using him again and highly recommend his services, although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!  Knock on wood....

Brian and Tony were great. Tony is a new member of the team and I hope he'll be around for a long time yet. He was courteous, on time, good at communicating, and did a good job at a very reasonable price. They were great about calling back right away, telling me exactly when they would be there, and following up after the job. Highly recommended.

Had to get kitchen sink rodded and main line jetted, they were responsive, prompt and made sure the job was done, would definitely recommend!

Had a clogged kitchen drain and we needed a plumber. Although we had a recommendation for another plumber, came onto Yelp and saw the rave reviews for Windy City. Jose came a few days later and was fantastic. He and his assistant were early for the appointment, completed the job in an hour and cleaned up after the work was complete. Kevin is a amazing.  He's helped us a few times with plumbing tragedies.  When we first called him to figure out why our washing machine wasn't draining he fixed the problem and rerouted the mess of pipes under our sink in a more efficient way.  He's done some other work for us, always friendly, and always reasonably priced.  He responds quickly and always tries to work us into his schedule whenever we have an emergency.  He's a great find.

Our garbage disposal wasn't working. I called Jesus on a Saturday morning. He came within a hour and fixed it right away. I'm very happy with his service and will definitely call him again.

Called Green Tech for trouble with a boiler. They came first thing in the morning, solved the problem in less than 15 minutes, and refused to charge me. Adam came in and was very professional, reliable and quick. He was able to tackle a huge problem without complaining. He even made sure that all was clean when he was completed!!!

Darrell was excellent.  Referred by a friend and probably the third electrician I have had at my house for various things (hanging a tv, setting up lights in bedroom etc).   He was head and shoulders above them.   I had what looked like a simple install of a fan.   He told me exactly which fan would fit in my tight space and had to do some creative work in the ceiling.   The builder made a short cut and out two pieces of 2x4 above the drywall and installed the cheap $20 ones from Home Depot 10 years ago.   He made some cuts and reworked the problem.   So I had him install my ring security cam on the third floor.  

Super professional, knowledgeable beyond plug and play and really efficient.   I will no longer have to take a chance and hire some guy.   I erased the other two companies who did ok work.   I will be passing his info onto friends.   He's busy and charges accordingly.   But trust me having electric done wrong or by a guy without his experience will come back to bite you.   Use him

Poor communication also. Dimitri said he'd think about it, when I proposed a resolution where they paid for part and I'd pay for part of it. Then ghosted me. Also was very aggressive and mocking on the phone. Not someone you want to do business with.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

Juan came out and did the most thorough cleaning of the pipes. Inside, outside and to the street. I've got a lot of roots and with his camera, he showed me exactly where the problem areas are and was able to show before and after.

The ability to clearly communicate and answer my questions was super. I highly recommend this company. It is never cheap, but is a great investment to ensure years of problem free plumbing.

Noel came out the next day and easily fixed an issue with a severely clogged toilet that 5 different maintenance guys in my building could't resolve. The price was competitive, cleaned up, and was professional! Highly recommend him.
